Hire


Dorchester Mobility offers many different hire services, a full range of equipment that you can hire out either by the day or by the week at affordable and sensible rates. Most popular services are Mobility Scooters and Wheelchairs but we also offer hire on rollators and walkers too. You can either hire our equipment for a few hours for that important trip into the town centre, or even longer upto days or weeks.

FREE DELIVERY and COLLECTION to all DT postal codes, we also deliver / collect at BH postal codes too for a £5 charge each way.

Scooters
We supply all sizes of scooters from transportable scooters that break down easily for transporting inside your car to the larger 4-8mph scooters. If you need long term hire speak to us about a discounted price.

Only £10 per day hire, £60 for a seven day week long hire or £200 for a month long hire.

Wheelchairs
Rather than transporting your own wheelchair and packing it down into your car for a trip to Dorchester, why not hire one of ours and save yourself the hassle! Give us a call and we can arrange this for you and discuss which type of wheelchair you require in advance.

Only £5 per day hire, £30 for a seven day week long hire or £100 for a month long hire.

How to Hire

Simply get in touch with us either by telephone, mobile, email or by popping into our branch in Dorchester and we will do everything we can to accomodate your request. All equipment is fully charged as standard when you hire it and are ready to go.








Service & Repair


Trust us we promise to keep you on the road call us and we are there!

We offer a comprehensive servicing and repair service, we are able to carry out any relevant adjustments from minor issues and battery replacement up to full scale repair work.

We are happy to provide you with a replacement scooter (free of charge) whilst yours is at our workshop. There is also no call out or collection / delivery charge. Generally we recommend servicing all motorised scooters every 12 months to ensure the safety and reliability of the machine.

A: We recommend servicing your scooter or powered wheelchair every 12 months to ensure it is safe and reliable.

Q: Can I hire mobility equipment from you?
A: Yes, in fact hiring equipment is very popular with our customers. You can hire all sorts from us, why not get in touch?

Q: Can I pay for my mobility product in instalments?
A: Yes, please don't hesitate to speak with us if you'd rather pay over several agreed payments.

Q: Can I buy your products online?
A: Not yet, as the products that we have in our shop change so frequently. Pop in or give us a call to see what we have.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Many of our mobility products such as scooters and wheelchairs come with a warranty, this varies on the product, we'll advise about this at the point of purchase.

Q: Do you offer out of hours help?
A: Yes, if you can't get through on our normal shop number or you're calling outside of our shop hours, just call on 07497 106594 (six days a week).
